四氯化锡对高酸值油脂酯化催化作用的实验研究 被引量:20

摘要 利用高酸值油脂生产生物柴油是现今研究的热点。以高酸值油脂为原料,采用四氯化锡作为催化剂进行酯化反应。通过实验较系统地研究了催化剂加入量、甲醇比例、反应时间等因素对高酸值油脂酯化反应的影响。结果表明,四氯化锡对高酸值油脂酯化具有很强的催化活性,催化剂可以回收重新使用;通过两步酯化,酯化率可达97%以上。 It is a hot topic of producing biodiesel with high acid value oil nowadays. Because of plenty of fatty acids, high acid value oil must be esterified primarily. Esterification of fatty acids in high acid value oil with methanol using stannic chloride as catalyst, and the effects of catalyst dosage, methanol proportion, reaction time, etc. , on the reaction were studied. The results showed that stannic chloride had strong catalysis for the esterification of high acid value oil with methanol,stannic chloride catalyst could be reused by recovery. The esterification rate could be above 97% by two-step esterification.
