摘要 应用荧光法研究了茜素红S和壳聚糖之间相互作用的机理,测得Kq=2.9581×1011L.(mol.s)-1;KA=3.26×103;n=102。建立了测定壳聚糖含量的茜素红S荧光猝灭方法,线性回归方程为F0/F=-0.43837+0.43627C(mg.L-1),线性范围为0.000~16.667mg.L-1,检测限为0.473;平均回收率为100.60%。 The interaction between Alizarin Red S (ARS) and Chitosan (CTS) had been studied by fluorescence method. K_q=2.9581×10^(11) L.(mol.s)^(-1) and K_A=3.26×10~3 and n=102 were obtained. Fluorescence quenching method for the determination of chitosan with alizarin red S was described. The linear equation of the fluorescence quenching was : F_0/F=-0.43837+0.43627C(mg.L^(-1)). The linear range was 0.000~16.667mg.L^(-1). The detection limit was 0.473mg.L^(-1). The mean recovery was 100.60%.
