摘要
发达国家中小学校长培训的职前培训 (或新上任校长培训 )的目标主要侧重于基本实践能力的培养 ,而职后培训的目标则侧重于在职前培训的基础上 ,进一步加强校长管理学校的有效性和解决实际问题的能力。比较我国中小学国情和校长培训的实际 ,实行培训目标的高起点和高要求及校长职业化的进程中要分层次进行 ,不可追求冒进。
The goal of training primary and middle school headmasters lies in the training of basic practical ability, but the goal of in-post training lies in improving the efficiency of management and the ability of solving practical problems on the basis of pre-post training. Concerning the situation in our country and the practice of the headmaster training, it is good to prudently set a high goal and starting point and carry out the professionalization of headmasters at different levels.
