校本培训——探索西部地区教师继续教育的新模式 被引量:2

School-Based Training──A New Pattern in Exploring Teachers' Continuing Education in Western China

摘要 早在 2 0世纪 70年代的英国就开始探索并在教师、学校及校外培训机构之间建立起一种更为亲密的伙伴关系 ,出现了一种合作解决问题的在职进修新体系———“以学校为中心”的在职进修 ,这是“校本师资培训”的雏形。后来这种培训模式被美国、法国、德国等许多国家采用 ,逐步发展成为各国中小学教师在职进修的主要模式 ,被誉为教师在职进修制度上的创新。在今天中国西部大开发的大形势下 ,开展校本培训对西部中小学教师继续教育有着深远的意义。探索校本培训的实施方略 ,开展科学的教师培训 ,有利于西部地区教师整体素质的提高 ,是为西部大开发培养更多高素质人才的战略性选择。 It was in 1970s that the UK tried to set up more intimate companionship among teachers, schools and out-school-training organization. A new on-the-job advanced study system came into being in order to solve problems cooperatively —— “centering on school'. This is the embryonic form of “school-based teacher training'. After a few years, this kind of training pattern was adopted by America, France, Germany and many other countries, and developed progressively into on-the-job advanced study of elementary and middle school teachers. It was praised as creation on the teachers' on-the-job advanced study system. In the big situation of today's great development of West China, it has a profound significance in carrying out school-based training to the continuing education of elementary and middle school teachers in western area. It's profitable to improve the whole quality of teachers in western area by exploring the strategy of school-based training and then carry out scientific teachers' training. It is also a strategic choice to cultivate more high-quality talents for the great development of West China.
