货币市场基金是伴随货币市场与共同基金制度的发展而发展起来的一种投资基金。加快我国货币市场基金的发展能够促进我国投资基金市场及货币市场的发展 ,能够优化金融结构 ,进而完善我国的金融体系。然而目前我国的货币市场基金却存在基金规模较小、收益率较低及资产组合种类较少等问题。因此 ,我们应积极发展新的货币市场工具、增加交易品种、扩大交易主体、加快货币市场清算体系的改革及鼓励制度创新、技术创新 ,为我国货币市场基金的发展创造必要条件。

The monetary market fund is a type of investment funds which is developed with the development of the monetary market and common fund system. At present, we have issued six funds of money market successfully. And the authorities are advancing the further development of the fund of money market actively too. The author analyzes the great meaning of the development of the monetary market in an all-round way, and put forward the suggestions of speeding up the development of the monetary market in China.
