The construction method of fastener-type staging is a method commonly used for arch bridge construction and is also the method that is prone to construction accidents. Jiangjiawan Bridge is an exemplar constructed with the fastener-type full-height arch staging. In this paper, some key techniques and methods for handling the accidents during the construction of the Bridge are presented.
