摘要
为探讨 Ca2 +、Ca M在刺梨果实发育过程中的含量变化 ,以贵农 5号优系为试材 ,测定其果实发育过程中 Ca2 +和Ca M的含量及可溶性总糖、还原糖、维生素 C的含量。结果表明 :刺梨果实发育过程中 ,Ca2 + 含量前期高后期低 ,呈逐渐下降的趋势 ;Ca M含量呈波动状态 ,在果实发育的中前期 ,与果实发育状况之间成相互响应的曲线变化 ;果实发育的后期 ,Ca M含量处于较高的水平 ,与此期可溶性总糖、还原糖、维生素 C的高水平相对应。本文还对 Ca2 +、Ca M在刺梨果实发育的不同阶段可能的调控机理进行了讨论。
To investigate the contents changes of Ca 2+ and CaM during fruit development in Rosa roxburghii. With the materials of Guinong No.5, the contents of Ca 2+, CaM, soluble sugar, reductive sugar and Vc, were determined at the different development stage. These results were as follows: the contents of Ca 2+ gradually decreased accompanying the fruit development, the CaM contents depended on the progress of fruit development and grew at early ang middle stage, then at the later stage, the level of CaM, including soluble sugar, reductive sugar and Vc, were higher. The probable regulatory mechanism of Ca 2+ and CaM at the different fruit development stages were discussed finally.
