甘蓝型杂交油菜亲本配合力和遗传力分析

Combining Analysis of and Heredity Ability for Parents of Hybrid in Brassica napus L.

选用新选育的 4个甘蓝型油菜核不育系与 10个骨干自交系进行不完全双列杂交 ,研究不育系及骨干自交系的配合力及遗传力 ,结果表明 :(1)一般配合力上 ,不育系的优劣顺序为黔油 5 A>3186 A>2 4 A>黔黄 30 3A;10个品系的优劣顺序为 2 35 8>2 36 2、2 4 0 5 >2 345、2 4 10 >2 319、2 4 6 6 >2 4 6 7>2 4 82 >2 4 78。 (2 )产量特殊配合力最好的组合是黔油 5 A× 2 345和黔黄 30 3A× 2 36 2。 (3)性状遗传力以主花序有效长度、产量、株高、分枝高度的较高。

An incomplete diallel cross was made by using 10 rape varieties(B.napus L.)as male parents and 4 GMS lines as female parents. The general and specific combining ability (GCA and SCA) and heredity ability of 9 characters were analyzed. The results showed: (1) GCA Performance for 4 GMS lines, was in the following order. Qianyou 5 A>3186 A>24 A>qianhuang 303 A. GCA Performance for 10 rape varieties was as follows, 2358>2362、2405>2345、2410>2319、2466>2467>2482>2478.(2)As far as SCA of yield for combinations was concerned, qianyou 5 A×2345 was the best, qianhuang 303 A×2362 was the second. (3) Heredity ability of yield, length of main anthotaxy, plant height and branch height was higher relatively.
