应用^(15)N研究两粮一肥耕作制作物吸氮动态初报

摘要 应用^(15)N示踪法研究了“两粮一肥耕作制”作物吸氮动态。研究结果表明,以小麦和玉米共生期间吸收的肥料氮最多,为0.716g/盆,箭舌豌豆单独生长发育期间吸收的最少,为0.009g/盆;3种作物吸收的肥料氮量小麦>玉米>箭舌豌豆;作物吸收的肥料氮占52.99%、土体中残留占16.74%、挥发损失占30.27%。本文还对麦后绿肥的作用、生物标记^(15)N样品问题进行了讨论。 Nitrogen absorption of crops in the 'two crops-one fertilizer' farming system has been studied by means of ^(15)N tracer technique. The results show that content of N absorbed in the fertilizer is the highest (0.716g/pot) during symbiosis of spring wheat and maize wher- eas it is the lowest (0.009g/pot) during Vicia sativa L. grown individually. N content of the three crops from large to small in order is as follow: spring wheat, maize and Vicia sativa L. Content of N in the fertilizer occupies 52.99% in the crops, 16.74% in soil mass, and volatile loss amounts for 30.27%. Function of green manure after spring wheat harvest and problem on labelling ^(15)N samples by biological method have also been discussed in the article.
