中心静脉留置管在烧伤病人中的应用及护理

The Adoption of Laying Tube in the Central Vein in Treating Burned Patients and Their Nursing

目的对烧伤病人特别是大面积的烧伤病人进行护理。方法中心静脉穿刺(股静脉锁骨下静脉)置方管术。结果86例中心静脉置管术的烧伤病人中,穿刺成功率95%,导管放置时间最短7天,最长46天,能够有效满足烧伤病人丢失的液体。结论中心静脉留置管在烧伤病人中的应用及护理,特别是大面积烧伤病人的休克期输液给药治疗的要求,得到快速而有效的补充,确保了临床治疗和抢救,可减轻病人痛苦和护士工作量。

Objective It is always very difficult to puncture the blood vessels of the burned patients, especially patients with large scale wound. Besides, the subcutaneous edema often makes the patients suffer a lot and affects the treatment and the rescue, adding to the nursing work. Our hospital has been adopting the nursing technique of laying tube in the central vein since 2001 to meet the need of the medical treatment. Methods Puncture the central vein and lay tube in it. Results Of all the 86 burned patients, 82 were successfully punctured, with a successful rate of 95% . The shortest time of laying tube was 7 days, while the longest was 46 days. The technique can effectively meet the need of replenishing the body fluid that the patients have lost. Conclusion The adoption of the technique of laying tube in the central vein and the nursing can meet the demand of the cure of the burned patients by giving medicine in way of infusion during shock. It can also replenish the body fluid quickly and effectively, guarantee the treatment and the rescue and lessen the pain of the patients and the nursing work.
