稀土超磁致伸缩复合材料的制备工艺、组织及磁致伸缩性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用粘结技术制备出了性能良好的稀土超磁致伸缩复合材料,研究了合金含量、粉末粒度、磁场取向、粉末表面处理及样品密度对磁致伸缩性能的影响规律。结果表明:当粉末颗粒为200μm~450μm、含量为90%时,经表面处理且磁场取向的超磁致伸缩复合材料具有最佳的磁致伸缩性能,其饱和磁致伸缩量λs达798×10-6,抗压强度达98.69MPa。同时采用真空镀金技术对样品的体积电阻率进行了粗略的测量,其电阻率>5000×10-6Ω·m,比合金棒的电阻率至少高4个数量级。 Magnetostrictive composites have been prepared using bonding techniques. And preparation conditions are investigated such as powder proportion, powder size, magnetic field forming, treatment of powder surface.
