概述了化学实验设计的重要性,以邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯的合成实验设计为例,从弄清化学实验原理、选择合适的反应装置、确定实验操作过程、完善实验设计方案四个方面探讨了如何设计合成化学实验方案。
The paper generally states the importance of chemical experiment scheme. It takes the synthetic expriment scheme of two formic acid and two straight cube ester of neighbor benzene as examples to approach a way of how to work out a scheme of chemical synthetic experiment arond the following four aspects: getting to know the principle of chemical experiment, selecting the proper reaction of equipment, deciding the operation sequence of the experiment and perfecting experiment scheme.
