摘要
基于铈(Ⅳ)对甲基橙的氧化褪色作用,研究了测定铈(Ⅳ)的新的光度分析法.有色溶液的最大吸收波长为510nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1 54×102m2/mol),方法的线性范围为1—15μg/mL,检出限为2 5×10-6μg/mL.该方法操作简便,结果准确,选择性好,用于人发样中铈的测定及加标回收实验,结果满意.
The decoloring of methyl orange oxidized by cerium(Ⅳ) in sulfuric acid has been studied.The decrease in absorbance is directly proportional to the amountof cerium.The maxium absorption is at 510nm and its molar absorptivity is 1.54×10~2m^2/mol,the detection limit is 2.5×10^(-6)μg/mL and the liner range of the determination is 1—15μg/mL.The method has been used for determination of cerium in hair with satisfactory results.
