摘要
战略人力资源管理理论可以分为两部分,环境基础的战略人力资源管理理论和资源基础的战略人力资源管理理论,两者在研究方法、研究层面、研究侧重点等方面具有很大的差异。目前对资源基础的战略人力资源管理理论研究不够,试图通过对两者的比较研究,促进对资源基础的战略人力资源管理理论的认识。
Strategic human resource management(SHRM) can be divided into two phrase:SHRM based on environment and SHRM based on Resource-based View(RBV). SHRM based on RBV can explain the relationship between SHRM and competitive advantage, influence of human resource affecting strategy formulation, and so on. The paper describes that, based on RBV, human resource and human resource management system can be the resource of competitive advantage of the firm. Based on RBV, the paper explains four human resource strategies divided according to value and uniqueness of human resets: development, staffing, outsourcing and alliance.
