摘要 采用鼓泡碳化法,详细研究了反应温度、反应物浓度、搅拌转速等因素对碳酸钙产品平均粒径的影响,优化了制备纳米碳酸钙的工艺条件,制得了平均粒径为30~50nm的纳米碳酸钙产品,并用透射电子显微镜和粉末X射线衍射仪对产品粒子进行了表征. The nanometer calcium carbonate particles with the mean size of 30~50 nm were prepared by introducing CO_2 to lime suspension.The influence of the operational conditions such as temperature,reactant concentration,stirring speed, concentration of CO_2 and Ca(OH)_2 etc.on the mean grain and size were discussed.The optimum conditions of preparing nanometer calcium carbonate were discussed,in which were reaction temperature:10~20℃,specific density of Ca(OH)_2:1.04~1.06,stirring speed:800 r.p.m,concentration of CO_2:≥60%(V%).
