杏树休眠期枝芽内抗氧化系统酶活性变化的研究 被引量:15

摘要 以金太阳杏为试材,对休眠期间温室杏树和大田杏树枝芽内H2O2含量变化、抗氧化系统酶活性变化测定.试验结果表明:(1)在休眠期,低温可促进杏枝芽内H2O2含量的升高,打破休眠后,温室杏树枝芽内H2O2含量下降,大田杏树其含量则升高.(2)抗氧化系统酶类SOD、POD、CAT活性变化动态不同,SOD活性在休眠前期较高,随着低温不断累积,其活性先降低再逐渐上升,休眠结束后温室杏树枝芽内SOD活性略有下降;POD、CAT活性休眠前期较低,随着休眠进程的不断进行,POD活性一直升高,解除休眠后大田杏树枝芽内POD活性下降,而CAT活性迅速上升,自然休眠结束后大田杏树枝芽内CAT活性呈急剧下降趋势. Dynamic state of H_2O_2 content ,changes of activity in antioxidate system enzyme were measured in shoots and buds of dormant apricot under protected cultivation and field.The results were as follows: (1) The content of H_2O_2 in shoots and buds of dormant apricot increases under low temperature, and it decreases after rest released under protected cultivation, but rose in field. (2)Three antioxidate enzymes were analyzed during dormant period. It indicated that SOD activity was high at earlier stage, then dropped to a low activity. With the chilling requirement coming, only rising slighting after the end of dormancy under protected cultivation; POD activity was low in earlier stage, then rose steadily, and it decreased in field. CAT activity was also low in earlier stage, with the chilling requirement accumulation, it rose quickly, dropped sharply with the end of endodormancy in field.
