On the System of the Regional Protection of Human Rights of Europe,America and Africa

摘要欧、美、非三洲的区域性人权保护制度既有共性又各具特色.与全球性国际人权保护制度相比,区域性人权保护制度更具可行性.区域性人权保护制度在人权保护中取得了显著成绩,对人权的国际保护有重大启迪作用.尤其是个人申诉制度,对人权的国际保护产生了重大影响,它完善了国际人权的权利主体体系,有力地推动了国际法的发展.
