企业产权由劳动产权和要素产权两个部分构成。企业产权结构是二者分配的综合结果,它主要取决于共同知识创造的剩余的分额、要素的投入系数和产出系数,企业所依存的偏好、禀赋和技术条件正是通过对前三个参数的影响主导着企业产权制度演变的历史过程。

The firm's property rights structure is the synthetic result of the distribution of labor property rights and factor property rights. Its rational state depends on the share of the surplus which is created by the organization's collective knowledge, the input coefficient and output coefficient of each kind factor. Preference, endowment and technology just through affecting those three parameters to dominate the evolution of the property rights structure of the firm.
