摘要
教育活动的对象决定了教师是一种较为特殊的职业 ;现实的教师教育存在着忽视内涵增长 ,准确定位不足以及实践环境脆弱等不利于教师职业发展的因素 ,需要通过重塑教师教育理念 ,重设培养目标 ,强化实践教育 ,重组课程模块等途径 ,调整教学计划 ,不断优化教师教育环境 ,促进教师职业化。
The object that educates the activity comes to a d ecision the teacher is a kind of more special occupation, the teacher education of the actuality exists to neglect the content growth, accurate fixed position s hortage and practice the environment weak etc. disadvantage in the teacher the f actor that occupation development, need to pass to remould the teacher to educat e the principle, heavy establish to develop the target, enhance to practice the education, reorganize an etc. of the course mold path, adjust the teaching plan, continuously excellent turn the teacher to educate the environment, promote tea cher the occupation turn.
