对高等院校管理工作几个问题的思考

Considerations on Some Administration Issues of Colleges

随着我国高等院校的发展壮大 ,其管理愈来愈显得重要 ,如果有了高水平的管理和高质量的师资队伍 ,那么就会有高水平的教育教学质量。然而 ,高校管理的好坏取决于各级领导是否做到“权、责、服务”三者的统一。这就是本文所思考的三个问题。即 :一是对管理的认识问题 ;二是领导者如何管理的问题 ;三是关于人的管理问题。

The administration of colleges is increasingly important with the development of them. The qualities of education will be excellent with good administration and experienced teachers. However, good administration of colleges depends on the integration of rights, responsibilities into service by leaders. Then the following three issues will be discussed in the article: first, how to understand the issue of administration; secondly, how to administer; finally, how to deal with some issues of personnel administration.
