Situation and Responses of Transnational Drug Crimes

近年来 ,毒品犯罪在全球范围内仍呈上升趋势 ,特别是毒品问题与国际恐怖活动、洗钱、有组织犯罪等跨国犯罪紧密相联 ,对人类社会的和平与发展构成极大的威胁。为此 ,各国政府和司法机关不同程度地采取政治、经济及法律等手段 ,加强对本国及跨国毒品走私的打击力度 ,进一步加强国际禁毒合作 ,其成效、经验、教训值得深入研究。

Drug crimes in the world have been increasing in recent years. Moreover, drug crimes connected with terrorism, money laundering and organized crimes become a great threat to peace and development of the world. Therefore, governments and judicial departments to fight against national and transnational drug crimes have adopted political, economical and legal measures. Good examples, experiences and lessons from international cooperation of drug control deserve a further research.
