中国法律文化的整合 ,不仅需要本土环境的提升 ,更需要根据传统与现实的情况改造舶来的法律文化。首先要提升本土的环境 ;其次是完善人权保护制度 ;最后是坚持权威的现代化和恒定性。

The reorganization of China legal culture needs not only local environment but also the changed one in accordance with the tradition and practice. Some measures have to be adopted to realize the reorganization: first, raising the local legal environment; second, improving the system of human rights protection; third, sticking to the principle of authority and stability.
