对美术学科的地位和基础美术教育现状的认识 ,与新的美术课程标准及理念相结合 ,从美术的学科性质、重要任务等方面提出一些教学改革意见 ,以促进学生个性形成和全面发展 ,真正实施素质教育。

Combining the latest idea and requirment of Art course with the understanding of the status quo of Art and elementary Art education,this paper puts forward some proposals for teaching reform in Art education from its nature and aims,to bring an advance in the forming of students, personality as well as the development in all-round way and then,to put quality education into real effect.
