中国征信所及其个人征信事业考察(1932～1949)

A Study of the Banker’s Co-operative Credit Service Ltd in China and the Personal Credit Service

中国征信所是近代上海著名的民间征信机构 ,主要开展企业、个人及银行机构等方面信用调查活动。在个人征信事业方面 ,于金融客户征信、保证人信用调查、上海外国人征信等方面贡献突出 ,突破了传统社会以个人道德信用为中心的信用体系。中国征信所对个人信用状况的调查 ,根据实际社会环境的不同变化 ,采用科学的方法和求真态度 ,体现了征信活动的真实性、复杂性。

The Banker’s Co-operative Credit Service, Ltd. was the famous non-official credit-survey institute in the modern history of Shanghai. It was mainly engaged in the credit surveys on enterpises, individuals and banks. In the field of individual credit survey, it broke through the credit system that centered on individual moral credit in traditional society, and contributed tremendously to the credit surveys on financial clients, guarantors and foreigners in Shanghai. Its surveys on in dividual credit was adopted in scientific and truth-seeking attitudes, and conducted according to the changes of actual social environment, which well reflected the features of reality, sophistication and comprehensiveness in credit survey.
