历史视野下的“三农问题”——“中国农村问题的历史积淀与现代趋向”会议综述

The Problems of Countryside、Farmer and Agriculture Under Historical Perspective

20世纪 90年代以来 ,“三农”问题已成为中国社会经济发展的主要滞障。出于对现实问题的强烈关怀 ,南开大学历史学院主办了“中国农村问题的历史积淀及现代趋向”学术研讨会 ,与会学者从历史发展进程中的农村经济、农村市场、农村城市化道路、农村政治及农村历史发展总趋势等多方面进行广泛的讨论 ,追溯“三农问题根源 。

The problems of agriculture,countryside and farmer has becomes the main obstacle of China’s social economic development since 1990s.Out of the strong care for the realistic problem,the History Institute of Nankai University hosted the symposium on Historical Problem Accumulation in the Countryside of China and Modern Trend,aiming at tracing back to historical origin of the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmer and attempting to offer historians’proposals for solving the great problem successfully.At the beginning,the thesis introduces the academic background and general situation,and then classifies the special topics discussed by scholars and sums up their viewpoints from five aspects,that is rural economy,rural market,the road to urbanization of villages,rural politics and total trend of rural development in history.Finally the thesis emphasizes the central idea and makes comments on the achievements of the symposium.
