摘要
[目的 ] 研究杀虫剂万蛾灵对小鼠骨髓淋巴细胞染色体畸变率的影响。 [方法 ] 采用染色体畸变试验 ,检测染毒万蛾灵后小鼠骨髓淋巴细胞染色体畸变率的改变。 [结果 ] 万蛾灵高、中剂量组和阳性对照组均能诱导小鼠骨髓淋巴细胞染色体畸变率升高 ,与阴性对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ] 在本次实验剂量内万蛾灵能使小鼠骨髓淋巴细胞染色体畸变率增加。
Objective To study the effect of insecticide Wanelin on the rate of chromosome aberration of marrow lymphocytes in mouse. [Methods] Before and after the mice were contaminated with various dosage of Wanelin, the rate of chromosome aberration of marrow lymphocytes were tested by chromosome aberration assay. [Results] High and middle dosage Wanelin contamination groups and positive control group all lead to rising of chromosome aberration rate in marrow lymphocytes, while compared with negative control group with difference significant (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The dosage of Wanelin used in this experiment can cause rising of chromosome aberration rate of marrow lymphocytes in mouse.
