摘要 用电流反馈运放设计双运放差分结构数据放大器,对其主要直流及交流特性进行理论分析和计算机模拟。PSPICE模拟结果是:在差模电压增益2~40倍调节范围内,-3dB带宽保持在10.1MHz~8.45MHz,大信号转换率625V μs,共模抑制比86.7dB,输入电阻高于5MΩ。结果表明,这种数据放大器适用于宽带高速模拟信号处理。 A data amplifier with differential structure is designed based on two current feedback operational amplifiers. The main DC and AC characteristics of the data amplifier are theoretically analyzed and simulated. The PSPICE simulation results are as follows: the -3dB bandwidth is maintained within the range of 10.01 MHz~8.45 MHz for the voltage gain range from 2 to 40; the slew rate of large signals is 625V/μs; the common-mode rejection ratio is 8.67dB; and the input resistance is above 5MΩ. The simulated results show that the proposed data amplifier is suitable for wide-band and high-speed analog signals processing.
