摘要
国内常规的5万m3或10万m3储罐基础,一般采用钢筋混凝土环墙结构,文章提出了一种新型储罐基础结构,即采用带地基保护和泄漏检测的碎石环墙结构,在储罐基础内敷设土工布和土工膜等环保材料,在储罐基础中央增设检漏装置。结合某石化工程10万m3原料储罐基础施工实践,介绍了这种新型储罐基础的设计依据、结构型式、主要施工方法和质量检测方法。实践证明,碎石环墙结构的储罐基础,不仅能够保证罐壁载荷分布均匀,而且由于其伸缩性能良好,可以更平稳地调节沉降差;与常规的混凝土环墙基础相比,单座储罐基础可节约工期10天;更为重要的是,土工布、土工膜等环保新材料和中心检漏装置的设置,为大型储罐设计和施工提供了全新的理念。
A new type o f foundation structure of storage tank,that has crushed stone ring wall with foundation protection and leak detection,is put forward in this paper.Com bined with the construction practice of a10×10 4 m 3 storage tank of one petrochemical project,the design basis,structure form ,major construction method and quality inspection method are introduced.It is proved by the engineering prac-tice that the storage tank foundation with crush ed rock ring wall not only ensures uniform load distribu-tion,but also adjust s settlement more even ly.
