摘要
文章简要介绍了高温直埋保温管的现状及存在的主要问题,通过对目前供热工程技术发展的分析,指出对现有管道保温材料和技术进行改进提高的必要性。作者充分利用传热机理,并结合工程实际需要,设计研究了3种经济型高温直埋保温结构,即组合型复合保温结构、无机复合反射保温结构和多层热隔断高效保温结构,经计算,经济型保温结构总厚度与现用结构相比,可减薄9.6%~19.2%,不含钢管的保温结构总造价可降低11.6%~17.7%。以直径219mm、长12m的钢管做1∶1模拟试验,结果表明,在介质温度为250~350℃范围内,散热损失均符合设计要求,并远低于国标规定的散热损失值。
This paper introduces briefl y the current status and exiting main problems of buried high temperature insu lation pipeline,points out the necessity of improving the present pipeline in sulation ma-terials and technology.Three kinds of economical buried high tempe rature insulation structures are stud-ied and designed for engineering needs.C ompared with commonly used structures,the thickness of im-proved economical st ructures can be reduced by9.6%~19.2%,total costs(excluding steel pip e)reduced by11.6%~17.7%.The1∶1modeling test with a pipe of219 mm in diameter and12m in length shows that thermal loss level ranging250~ 350℃meets design request,and is far below international standard.
