国际工程的投标是一项十分复杂的系统工作,具有时间长、成本高、风险大的特点,需要工程建设所涉及的设计、采购、施工等方面的管理人员和技术人员的共同参与。文章主要从承包商的角度出发,针对国际工程的投标程序、报价组成、投标报价的策略进行了论述,并结合苏丹输油管道项目对投标工作进行分析,指出企业只有根据自身的发展策略和具体项目的实际情况进行有选择性的投标,才能使投标工作达到理想的效果。

Bidding for international proje ct is a complex and systematical work of long period,high cost and high risk.It needs co operating participation of management personnel and technicians with re-spect to design,purchase,construction etc.The strategy on bidding formality,quotat ion composition and quoted price is discussed from viewpoint of contractor,and analysis in combination with Sudan oil pipeline project is performed.
