摘要
结合MACS系统在南充炼油化工总厂8万t/a轻汽油醚化装置自动化测控系统中的应用情况,介绍了该系统的网络结构、组态编译和程序下装方式,用具体的控制回路说明了MACS系统的功能特点。MACS系统在轻汽油醚化装置中的应用,对生产工艺过程实现了计算机控制,显著提高了产品品质和生产效率。
Based on the application of MACS automat ic detection and control system at light gaso-line etherification facility,th e network structure,configuration compilation and program loading are de-scrib ed,and the performance of MACS control system is illustrated with frondose cont rol loop.The appli-cation of MACS system implements computer control to produc tion process,also remarkably raises prod-uct quality and productive efficiency .
