胸腰段脊柱损伤两种内固定方法的比较(附30例报告)

A Comparative Study on Two kinds of Internal Fixation for Thoracolumbar Dislocation-Fractures:15

对作者等1984年以来以哈里逊氏撑开棒及Dick氏钉内固定胸腰段骨折各15例的临床资料、手术方法、疗效及机制进行了分析对比研究。对两种方法的最佳适应症应是爆裂性骨折进行了讨论,认为哈氏法的适应范围较Dick氏法为广,对严重脱位的病例以哈氏棒内固定为最佳方法,且应对此类骨折中的具体病例分别考虑其最佳方案。

The clinical materials, operative methods, therapeutic effects & machanisms of thoracolumbar dislocation-fractures internally fixed by Harrington's disttraction rod and Dick's nail since 1984 (15cases each) were compared & analyzed. The problem of why the best indication for the above two methods is burst fractures was discussed,the author s believe, the indicative category of Harrington's method is broader than-that of Dick's nail; they also believe, the internal fixation by Harrington's rod is a best method for seriously evident dislocation cases, and, for each particular case belonging to this type, one must consider & select respectively the best correct fixation method.
