在分析国内、外氯碱行业生产和市场情况的基础上,提出发展中国氯碱行业的战略:西部地区充分利用资源优势,沿长江、沿海地区利用市场、技术、资金的优势走产品结构规模化道路,并做到东西部联合发展;在大力开发氯碱下游盈利产品的同时,努力实现循环经济链、热电碱联建,提升技术水平。

Based on the analysis of the situation of worldwide production and market of chlor-alkali industry,the strategies for the development of chlor-alkali industry in China were put forward.The western regions should fully take advantage of sources.The reagons along the coast or the Yangtze (River) should take advantage of the markets,techniques and funds to follow the road of mass production.The eastern reagons and the western reagons should unite in developing chlor-alkali industry.Not only should the profitable downstream products of chlor-alkali be developed energetically,but also the circulating economy chain and the combined building of heat,power and alkali should be realized,and the technical level should be improved.
