摘要
利用传统的非程序DNA合成法(UDS)检测用紫外线损伤淋巴细胞后^(a)HTdR掺入细胞的量,以反映DNA之修复能力(DNAR)的大小。利用此法测定21名健康人、29例癌症病人、19名口服抗衰中药枸杞子老年人的DNAR。结果显示,癌症病人的DNAR明显降低,口服枸杞子能增强老年人的DNAR,反映出UDS—^(a)H法能较敏感地测出细胞的DNAR状况,以及外界因素,如中药枸杞子对DNAR的有益影响。
R orting and assaying of the DNA repair ability (DNAR) using isolated lymphocytes from 21 adults without overt diseases, 29 carcinoma patients, & 19 aged before/after taking Fructus Lycii For each subject, his/her lymphocytes were shortly exposed to ultraviolet rays and then cultured in a medium with ^(?)H-TdR. The unscheduled incorporation of ^(?)H-TdR into DNA (unscheduled DNA synthesis, UDS) was assayed by liquid scitillat-ion. The results showed that their DNAR could be precisely detected by this UDS^(-?)H method and that enviromental factors such as Fructus Lycii taking could benefitially affect DNAR.
