摘要
对BHO、AIHO、Syn.DO、RYD、ASK这5个高油玉米群体按Griffing方法2作完全双列杂交,根据中亲优势值表现,将其分为3个类群,即RYD群、Syn.DO群和AB群(含BHO、AIHO和ASK),3个类群间具有较大的杂种优势,AB群内的3个群体间杂种优势较小。并探讨了群体间杂交种产量与含油量之间的关系,认为加快RYD和Syn.DO群的选系,有可能和AB群内的选系测配出含油量达到15%的强优势组合。
The midparent heterosis of yields and oil contents in 5 high oil corn (Zea Mays L.) populations were studied through a diallel of 10 high oil populations' hybrids in 3 locations according to Griffing's diallel method Ⅱ. It is concluded that the 5 high oil populations can be divided into 3 groups, that is, RYD, Syn.DO, and AB group(BHO,ASK and AIHO), heterosis among 3 groups is higher, and that in AB group is lower; breeding high oil lines from RYD and Syn.DO quickly then cross with lines from AB group, from which we can select hybrids with higher oil content up to 15%.
