奥运会志愿者的定位与培训 ,是通过各种学习手段使志愿者最大限度地与奥运会的需求相匹配 ,进而促进奥运会的成功举办与志愿者综合素质的提高。培训活动有可能在时间、地点等方面与志愿者的实际情况发生冲突 ,培训内容也可能与奥运会志愿者的需求不相符合。组委会应当采用满足各种不同需求的、方便志愿者参与的培训计划。确定培训内容时 ,不仅要注重对志愿者进行基础文化知识与工作技能的培养 。

Orientation and training of the Olympic Games volunteer make volunteers match with the demand of the Olympic Games to the maximum extent through various kinds of study means, and then promote the successful holding of Olympic Games and the improvement of volunteer's comprehensive qualities. Training activity may conflict with the volunteer in time and place. It happens occasionally that training content does not correspond to the demands of the Olympic Games and volunteers. Organizing Committee should adopt the training plans to meet different demands of volunteers. While confirming the training content, we should not only pay attention to the cultivation of basic cultural knowledge and working skill and the cultivation of the basic etiquette, but also take the cultivation of volunteer's ability into account.
