摘要 由水热法合成了纳米尖晶石型磁性复合氧化物Ni(1-x)ZnxFe2O4(0≤x≤1),并对所合成的系列样品的磁学特性进行了表征与分析。具体分析了水热合成温度对合成的NiFe2O4样品的比饱和磁化强度(σs)、矫顽力(Hc)的影响,以及Ni2+含量对合成的系列样品的比饱和磁化强度(σs)、矫顽力(Hc)的影响,并进一步探讨了样品的超顺磁性。 Hydrothermal method was used to prepare nanometer magnetic spinel compound oxides-Ni_((1-x))Zn_xFe_2O_4, and its magnetic properties were characterized. The influence of hydrothermal temperature on specific saturated magnetization and coervice force was studied in detail. In addition, the relation between the content of Ni^(2+) and specific saturated magnetization and coervice force was studied. The superparamagnetism of the sample was discussed, too.
