锌硒对铅致大鼠听力损伤的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :主要研究铅中毒所致大鼠听力功能的损伤以及锌、硒的保护作用影响。方法 :染铅组大鼠灌胃 4mg/kg铅 (PbAC) ,补锌组同时灌胃 4mg/kg锌 (ZnSO4)和 4mg/kg铅 (PbAC) ,补硒组同时灌胃 2mg/kg硒(Na2 SeO3 )和 4mg/kg铅 (PbAC) ,对照组灌胃生理盐水 ,连续灌胃 30d ,脑干电诱发电位测定。结果 :染铅组大鼠脑干电诱发电位I波潜伏期为 2 2 8± 0 0 7ms ,明显长于对照组 (1 6 4± 0 0 5ms) ,补锌、硒组大鼠脑干电诱发电位I波潜伏期分别为 1 99± 0 0 7ms和 2 0 9± 0 0 4ms,明显短于染铅组而接近对照组。结论 :染铅组大鼠听力明显下降 ,而锌、硒能拮抗铅对大鼠听力功能的损害作用 ,使铅中毒引起的听力损失得到恢复。 To study the effects of zinc and selenium on lead-in du ced auditory changes, we divided Wistar rats into lead poisoning groups subjecte d to 4 mg/kg lead acetate, zinc protective groups subjected to 4 mg/kg lead acet at e and 4 mg/kg zinc sulfate, selenium protective groups subjected to 4 mg/kg lead acetate and 2 mg/kg sodium selenite and hearing functions were measured by audi tory brainstem response(ABR). Results showed that the mean latency of ABR wave I , which indicates the function of the cochlea, was 2.28±0.07ms in the rats subj ected to lead ,longer than the control group(1.64±0.05ms), and the mean latency of ABR wave I of zinc and selenium groups were 1.99±0.07ms and 2.09±0.04ms re spectively, shorter than the poising group . Concluded that lead causes auditory losses, and zinc and selenium ions could contradict the sensory function damage s caused by lead.
