摘要
黑河水利枢纽溢洪洞工程混凝土施工过程中,由于采用C50高标号混凝土及掺用HF外加剂,加之施工工艺不尽完善等各种原因造成了不同程度的质量缺陷和隐患,针对这些缺陷黑河施工指挥部组织了专业施工队伍,根据不同的部位,不同的缺陷类型,采用了不同的处理方法和不同的材料进行了消缺处理,满足了设计要求,为同类工程的混凝土缺陷处理积累了经验。
During the construction of spillway tunnel for Hehe Water Control Project, the quality defects and hidden problems to certain extent have occurred resulting from adoption of high grade concrete (C50) and addition of HF additives as well as incomplete workmanship. So, the Hehe Construction Headquarters organized professional construction teams to eliminate these defects using various treatment methods and materials in accordance with different working portions and types of defects, which satisfied design requirements , and accumulated experiences to treat defects of concrete for similar hydropower projects.
