摘要
目的 观察钩藤总碱 (RHA)、夏天无总碱 (COAMTA)对脑缺血损伤诱发凋亡的保护作用。方法 采用小鼠断头张口喘气模型 ,大鼠大脑中动脉缺血 2h/再灌注 2 2h模型 ,观察RTA、COAMTA抗脑缺血 /再灌注损伤的效应。结果 两药合用可延长小鼠张口喘气时间 ,降低大鼠脑缺血 /再灌注后细胞凋亡。结论 两药合用对脑缺血 /再灌注损伤有保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effects of rhynchophylla total alkaloids(RTA) and Coryadlis ambailis Migo total alkaloids(COAMTA) on cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The effects of RTA and RTA combined with COAMTA on decapitated gasping mouse model and in rat model of middle cerebral artery ischemia 2h/reperfusion 22h, Apoptosis cells in ischemia penumbral area were observed. Results The average gasping time of RTA 45.5mg/kg combined with COAMTA 4.5mg/kg was significantly prolonged when compared with control group and was also significantly prolonged when compared with RTA 50mg/kg or COAMTA 6mg/kg used alone. The average apoptosis cells in ischemia penumbral area of RTA combined with COAMTA was significantly declined with contral group and significantly declined when compared with RTA or COAMTA used alone. Conclusions RTA combined with COAMTA could facilitate the protection against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion damage.[
