针刺对肠动力影响的即刻性效应临床分析

Clinical analysis of instant effect that acupuncture is on intestine power

目的 探讨针刺对肠动力影响的即刻性作用。方法 随机抽取各种疾病出现肠动力障碍的患者 4 2例 ,分别观察针刺前和针刺 5min后自身肠蠕动的情况 ,包括肠鸣音的有无、强弱、频率、节律等。结果 针刺 5min后与针刺前自身相比 ,无论肠鸣音的有无、强弱、频率、节律等差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 针刺确能迅速促进肠蠕动。

Objective To probe into instant effect that acupuncture is on intestine power. Methods Randomly to sample 42 patients who have problems in intestine power resulting from different illness and observe their own intestinal wriggle respectively before acupuncture and 5minutes later after it,including the existence of intestinal sound,its volume,frequency,rhythm and so on. Results There are remarkable differences,among intestinal sound,volume,frequency and rhythm(P<0.01). Conclusions Acupuncture can really promote intestine wriggle swiftly. [
