主动脉夹层酷似急性脊髓炎1例
摘要
患者男，54岁，因突发性双下肢乏力，感觉障碍4h就诊。来院前4h无诱因突然出现双下肢乏力，站立、行走困难，伴持续性疼痛，并有麻木感，继而迅即出现感觉障碍，尿潴留，无胸背痛，无意识障碍。发病前近期无外伤、过度疲劳、感染病史，否认高血压、糖尿病、冠心病史。查体：T36．5℃，P78次／min，R21次／min，BP双上肢均为140／90mmHg，
