摘要
The People’s Action Party,the ruling party in Singapore,will not allowitself to lose control of the country.So it makes great efforts to control the judicial affairs in the appointments of judges to strengthen its ruling position.Under this condition,the judiciary,in nature,can be said to be under the Party’s control,in which it can exert its influence on judicial procedure to stifle the opposition party.
