摘要
With the rapid development of social and economic globalization,tougher requirements are needed for perˉsonnel training.The old style of specialized personnel training can no longer meet the demands of the society.Therefore,there should be a reformin course offering with the focus on special fields so as to meet the demands for personnel of compound elements or even of“globalization”.Howto train high quality personnel with compound elements or multi-languages is a striking problem facing colleges and universities.This essay tries to suggest ways to build a curriculum system which meets those requirements,to improve course offering and to straighten the relations between expertise and extensive knowledge so as to keep pace with the globalization and to challenge the world competition.
