摘要
为适应新世纪护理管理体制的发展需求及手术室管理工作发展趋向,提出手术室管理从传统的人、财、物的片面管理体制扩展到对时间、信息及科研技术的全方位管理,走向以病人为中心的全面质量管理,逐步从“人治”过渡到“法制”管理。在激发科室人员工作热情的同时,注重管理工作的内涵建设及评价,牢固树立以观念、技术、服务及管理的创新为主体的创新意识,以全面提高手术室护理管理工作质量,使单一的手术室护理管理模式逐步走向科学化、现代化、正规化的轨道。
In order to meet the needs of nursing administration system at new era and the model and developing tendency of nursing management in the operation room, the authors advocated the transition from traditional management over personnel, finance and articles to the full-scale management over time, information and technology for scientific research and the quality control focusing on patients, from 'Human rules' to 'Law rules'. At the time of stimulating the working staff, they attached importance to the connotative construction and evaluation of management, created the innovative sense concentrated on concept, technology, service and management so as to raise the quality of nursing management at operation room, thus pushing the singular model of nursing management at the operation room to the track of modernization and standardization.
