某节能公司研制出可以使石油液化气和残液混合燃烧的瓶阀 ,但如果残液量过大 ,燃烧时将产生冒黑烟的现象。本文研究的热管式汽化器可使液化石油气中的残液充分汽化 ,提高了石油液化气的燃烧率和利用率 ,保证了残液和液化气混合燃烧的效果 ,起到了节能、环保的作用。

A certain energy saving corporation has developed the spherical valve that can make liquefied petroleum gas and the remnant liquid mix and burn.But if the quantity of the remnant liquid is excessive,it will bring about the phenomenon of emitting black smoke during burning.This article has studied the heat pipe type of the vaporizer.It can make the remnant liquid of LPG fully boil away.So it raises the rate of burning and utilizing of the LPG and ensures the mixed burning effect for the remnant liquid and the LPG.It takes a role in energy saving and environment protection.
