摘要
运用生态学中的生态位理论研究职场中人际生态关系,建立了人际生态位模型与人的理想生态位和现实生态位模型,分析了人际生态位竞争排斥现象以及人际生态位的重叠与分离,揭示了人际关系的本质是人际生态位关系,为职场中人际关系的分析提供新的思路,从而有助于实现职场中人与人之间的和谐共处。
The paper applies niche theory of ecology to the study of interpersonal relationship in workplace. It builds up a model of interpersonal niche, interpersonal fundamental niche and interpersonal real niche, and explains such phenomena as interpersonal competitive exlusion, niche overlap and niche separation. It offers a new way of thinking in analysis of the interpersonal relation in workplace, and helps to realize harmonious coexistence between people in workplace.
