Commentary and development:a review of ZHOU Li-quan's cooperative principle

周礼全先生在充分解读了格赖斯合作原则理论的基础上,给出了具有自身特色的合作原则的定义,并从言语行为论的角度对合作原则的内容和方式做了深入探究,进而创建了态度准则。周先生的理论贡献也进一步启示我们对态度准则和量准则的理解做新的深层次思考。

On the basis of deciphering Grice's cooperative principle, Zhou Liquan first proposes his own definition of cooperative principle. He then investigates the content and manner of it with speech act theory. Finally he developes the attitude maxim. Zhou Liquan's theoretical achievement inspires us to consider further the maxims of attitude and quantity.
