高校教职工的考核工作是高校人力资源管理的重要内容。做好高校教职工的考核工作,首先要提高对考核工作的认识;其次制定岗位工作标准,采取定性和定量考核相结合的办法,既注重年度考核,又要加强平时考核和任期考核;最后要充分发挥高校教职工考核的激励功能。

The examination of working achievements of college staff is one of the most important tasks of human resource management in colleges and universities. In order to fulfill the task,we should First attach importance to the examination. Second, we should set the working standard of each post and carry out the examination qualitatively and quantitatively. In the process of it, we should pay attention to annual examination,usual examination and examination during appointment.At last, we should make full use of the promoting functions of the examination.
