摘要
文章从教育社会学的角度提出现阶段高校教师权威变化的问题,总结影响权威变化的因素:一是外部社会状况的改变对教师权威的影响;二是学生差异对教师权威的影响;三是教师自身素质对其权威的影响,并针对问题提出解决对策。
The changes of Teacher's Authority in colleges are presented from perspective of educational sociology. The influence factors on changes include: external social situation, the differences of students and teachers' accomplishment. some countermeasures to solve the issue are put forward also.
